Can I send in my personal champagne caps and how long does it take to complete a special order?
Yes, you can send us your personal caps, it usually takes 7 to 10 additional business days for special orders. Please click on this PDF form link to fill out the Special Order Form and mail it to us with your champagne caps. Also, it is helpful if you email us that you are sending us champagne caps as a "heads up" to our design department. There is no extra charge to do personal orders.
Can I email you and request a special order for the jewelry with a particular champagne cap?
Yes you can, but we cannot guarantee that we will have the champagne cap or caps that you are requesting. Please email us your request and we will do our best. Expect us to respond back within 24 hours. Prices may vary for a particular champagne cap and we will let you know the total cost before beginning your special order.
Is the jewelry gift wrapped?
Each piece of Champagne Baubles jewelry is packaged in a jewelry gift box with a gold elastic tie with grapes, so the jewelry is ready for you to give as an unique and special gift.
How is the jewelry sent?
The jewelry is mailed US priority mail, usually meaning that you will receive the jewelry in three to five days from order received date. We do insure all of our packages.
What about shipping and overnight shipping?
We use the US Postal Service Priority Mailing Method. Which means that we use their standard packaging for mailing which helps us control the shipping costs.
Yes, overnight shipping is available. You just need to check the appropriate mailing option as you process your order. We usually use the US Postal Service Express Mail or Federal Express.
Will Champagne Baubles mail the jewelry to a different address from the billing address?
Of course we will, you just need to fill in the information at the time of check-out and we will include a gift card with a message from you following your request.
How secure is your paypal method and credit card process?

We never ever give out a number or an email address no matter how many bottles of

What about returns?
Champagne Baubles will offer a full refund on any jewelry returned within 30 days. Should any jewelry be returned for being faulted, we will replace the jewelry and pay for all shipping costs. Please email us and let us know that you will be returning the jewelry. We would appreciate your reasons to better serve all of our customers.
